The Very First Time CD

2023 release from Steve & Kristi Nebel.  The album consists of 4 completely new songs (The Very First Time, Driving in the Freezing Rain, Relentless Rain, and Her Day in the Garden) plus a dozen songs recorded between 1978 and 1980, remixed from 1/2 inch 8 track tapes that were dumped into the digital domain.  There is also a bonus track from 1994, “Stereo Rain”, and country rocker that has subsequently gotten a bit of airplay around the country.  One of the songs, “Long, Long Way From Home” was written for the early project and finished in 2022 as the Nebel’s were finishing up the recording.  The early songs on the recording were the first recordings that the Nebel’s did and were produced by Jim St. John in Seattle, WA.
